i was pleased with the quietness, even facing the front. Linens were comfortable, and the bed was great. The location gave easy access to Michigan Avenue and nearby attractions. Valet service worked efficiently.

i found one bath towel missing in my room upon arrival, which required a trip to the lobby for a replacement.

the staff stored my luggage because i had a late flight. i found good bus access near the hotel. the king standard room had a comfortable bed, it also had a shower with a spray hose and a large shower head above.

I noticed a slight mildew smell in the room. I used perfume to freshen it.

The hotel is close to convenience stores and restaurants. access is easy via the red line, a definite plus for getting around. a divvy docking station is right around the corner. Bike rentals are easily accessible.

the front desk personnel are helpful with the check-in process. housekeeping personnel are friendly and always looking forward to help. staff promptly addressed questions about the ballroom, they even allowed us to view it.
